Ensuring the preparation of accounting and tax reporting in accordance with the requirements of Kazakhstan legislation, as well as corporate financial policies and rules. Minimization of tax risks.

Interaction with internal and external auditors, as well as tax authorities during inspections. Optimization of the company's tax position and minimization of tax risks

Support business as the Central Asia tax leader.

Responsibilities

Control over the preparation and timely submission of tax returns in accordance with the requirements The Kazakh legislation.

Preparation and timely sending of statistical reporting in accordance with the requirements of The Kazakh legislation.

Review of accounting policies for tax accounting purposes. Responsible for an accurate US GAAP and STAT tax provision for the region.

Communication of tax accounting requirements to the employees of the financial department.

Regular monitoring of tax legislation in Kazakhstan as well as an understanding of the surrounding countries in order to comply with the requirements of tax legislation in accounting, contracts, procedures and consultations of the company's departments.

Examination of tax consequences of concluding contracts with Kazakhstani and foreign counterparties. Development of recommendations on documentation of transactions with counterparties.

Interaction with internal and external auditors during audits, as well as with tax authorities during on-site and desk inspections.

Participation in the role of an expert in tax accounting in projects for the automation of financial processes.

Control over the preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the corporate reporting department.

Organization, maintenance and control over the process of collecting documents confirming the economic feasibility of the services of the group of companies of the Holding Alticor Inc. in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Organization and control over the preparation of contracts for the services of the Alticor Inc. group of companies.

Assessment of tax risks and tax consulting of business on tax issues, including the analysis of individual contracts in order to make the most effective decision from a tax point of view.

Providing support to business in the development of procedures for promotion of goods and other marketing activities, the development of standard solutions for marketing activities taking into account the requirements of business, taxation and system opportunities.

Regular updating of the Marketing Policy for tax purposes.

Participation in projects requiring tax expertise including assessments of entry into other countries within the Central Asia region.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good English
