Key Responsibilities Execute core processes in operations: Employee transfers, movements and promotions, etc. Coordinate daily activities in administrative support for HR functions.

Follow internal regulations, Code of Conduct or any normative documents / guidelines of the company and work in full conformance with corporate values and teamwork principle; Build strong relationships and trust with the employees, offer HR expertise and services on people issues and support on people processes; Respond to employees through HR system, phone, email or in-person to ensure the best employee experience; Guide employees and leaders in using HR systems and on HR knowledge content such as global & local HR policies, How-To, etc; Facilitate internal communication and act as a key contact for employees on HR matters and employee engagement; Manage HR data quality and perform transactions in HR systems; Participate in supporting handling difficult situations, advising employees on labor legislation and internal regulations; Prepare and handle various HR documentation; Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities; Initiate and drive various specific HR service delivery improvement initiatives as assigned from start to end. We are looking for At least 2 years of experience in relevant position; Higher education in Social Science, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline Verbal and written communication skills in Georgian, English – Upper Intermediate; Russian – desirable; We expect you also have: Effective interpersonal skills; Ability to manage correspondence and reporting; Follow-up skills to consistently apply needed rules and ensure compliance; Relevant-to-the-job clauses of labor code and Hand book; Integrity and uprightness; Development-oriented attitude
