• Develop HR strategies, people budget and manage related initiatives to foster the Group’s culture.
• Work with related stakeholders to identify HR improvement areas and propose plan to enhance people capabilities.
• Deploy employee engagement activities to drive high performing organization.
• Lead and manage total talent cycle from recruitment to talent development.
• Oversee and manage total compensation and benefits effectiveness including performance appraisal methodology.
• Ensure employee’s rules and regulations are properly executed and all related people agenda are complied with related law.
• Conduct learning need analysis and propose annual curriculum in align with business’s need.
