We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours a week). As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing support for all financial activities within our organization. The successful candidate must have an affinity with Real Estate and be able to work effectively in a team environment. In addition, the candidate must possess problem-solving skills and be proficient in Quickbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Performing general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Preparing financial reports and presenting them to management
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting principles
• Liaising with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Ensuring all financial activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial administration, preferably with experience in the Real Estate sector
• Proficiency in Quickbooks or other accounting software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
