We are working for a leading offshore law firm with international offices and growing. The firm is currently looking for Corporate Associate to join their busy British Virgin Islands.
The corporate team provides a range of legal advice regarding corporate and finance, investment funds and banking. The advice some of the world's leading global and financial institutions.
The ideal candidate will be working alongside a dynamic team, as a team player you will play an integral role in continuing to build the practice and be given opportunities for quick career progression.
You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with a minimum of 5 PQE experience and at least one of these spent in the British Virgin Islands market. Ideally your experience should cover the full spectrum of corporate transactions.
