■Main Responsibilities
①Promotions
- Sales, PR, promotion, marketing in Japan and overseas
- Translation of various documents
- To work as a bridge between foreign companies and Ski Resort in order to expand the business to overseas
- To make innovations and make project plans from a viewpoint of foreigners.

②Recruitment and management of foreign national staff
-Recruitment and hiring foreign national staff
-Staff management
-To facilitate cooperation between Japanese and foreign national employees, to promote globalization

運営施設の電気代を抑えるだけでなく、周辺地域へ安価な電気を供給します。

地域と協同して観光地域作りを行う企業です。
東北の会津地域を世界に知っていただく舵取り役になることを掲げております。

We are currently developing a small-scale hydro power plant which provides electricity to the local community at a lower cost as well as to DMCaizu facilities.


③Our Activities
We work with its extensive knowledge of tourism resources, nature, food, arts, entertainments, customs, and manners of the region.
The rest of the company name represents our wish to be the PR leader for Aizu (west region of Fukushima prefecture) so that this region will be recognized by the world.

We operate one of the best known ski resorts in Tohoku area, hotels, hot spring resorts, and campgrounds. Making most of these existing facilities, it aims to grow with its IT skill of the group companies, and local　infrastructure, in order to make Aizu the most magnificent international resort that brings energy and contribution to the region.
