Now we are looking for a RECRUITER in our office in Bergamo!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementation of a full cycle of recruiting in a geographic cluster: preparation and placement of vacancy announcement, work with applicants, active search for candidates, cold call, preliminary telephone screening, conducting an initial interview, organizing an interview with a customer, checking a candidate based on recommendations from previous employers, preparation the offer
• Conducting internal and external competitions for a vacant position
• monitoring candidate about the company, responsibilities, working conditions, material and non-material motivation
• Informing the final candidate about the start day of a new employee: a closed application for recruitment and an HRMS questionnaire - to the HRMS administrator for the timely creation of a workplace for a new employee
• Control of the availability of conditions necessary for work (work place, access to system, etc...)
• Search and establishment of interaction with local recruitment agencies
• Conducting research on the benefits of the countries where Asstra operates.
• Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extra-curricular internships
REQUEREMENTS:
• High level of written and spoken English
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities
• Ability to work both individually and in a team
• Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information
