Now we are looking for a Office Manager in our office in Bergamo!

Main responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
• Organising meetings and managing databases
• Booking transport and accommodation for employees’ business trips
• Organising company events or conferences
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
• Organising office space for new employees
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
• Liaison with Branch manager

Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages is a must;
• Good knowledge of Russian will be addition advantage;
• Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience will be an asset;
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exceptional problem solving and high communicative skills;
• Proactivity and responsibility;
• Good team-working competences;
