About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to drive business growth and success at Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies (AWPT). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address challenges, contributing to the development of comprehensive business plans.
• Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects, overseeing timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Change Management: Facilitate organizational change, supporting teams through transitions and ensuring buy-in for new initiatives.
• Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our company's hierarchy, legal structure, and decision-making processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy development and implementation or a related field.
• Gulf Experience: Proven track record of working in the Gulf region, with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
