Responsibilities
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of our Business Operations team.
• Manage resource planning, resource allocation, and resource management activities to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Develop and maintain data and business analytics to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support resource allocation and planning.
• Conduct analysis to provide insights for future manpower planning and capacity utilization.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related area within a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective communication
