About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Expert to join our award-winning team in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement energy and sustainability strategies for buildings and businesses.
• Manage and lead ESD projects, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
• Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to expand our sustainability portfolio and achieve our Zero Carbon Design 2030 Target.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on sustainability best practices, including LEED, Mostadam, Estidama, GSAS, BREEAM, and WELL.
• Conduct building physics modeling and analysis using IES-VE software.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Requirements
• Engineering, Architecture, or built environment-related degree.
• Mostadam Accredited Professional.
• Strong track record of working on Mostadam projects.
• LEED Accredited Professional.
• 8-12 years of experience in ESD consulting in the built environment sector.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and resource management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• WELL AP.
• PMP.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with architectural modeling software platforms.
• Experience with Life Cycle Assessments.
• Experience with ESG and Corporate Sustainability principles.
