• Project preparation activities.
• Project assessment feedback preparation.
• Performing workshops with the business.
• Fit-Gap analysis.
• Establishing integration with external provider through EDI.
• System customization.
• Unitary and integration tests execution.
• User trainings and manuals preparation, UAT support.
