Responsibilities
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
• Analyze sales statistics.
• Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
• Responsible for achieving sales growth, profit and distribution targets.
• Achieve brand sales and market share goals.
• Assess, propose and implement new sales channel opportunities that are impactful at a local level.
• Maintain and manage strategic partnerships with key partners, and costumers for mutual business continuity to company goals and direction.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and running a sales team.
• Experience in FMCG industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment.
