The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in the Spices business. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate Sales and Expand Distribution Network. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members with Close Followup and Strong Monitoring. He Should have Good Geography Knowledge with Strong Market PR . He Should Have Good Team Management and Distribution Management Skills.

Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain Strong Bonds with Sales Team and Distributors
• Educate the Sales Team with On & Off the Job Skills.
• Should have OUT OF THE BOX Thinking.
• exceed Management expectations by Achieving the Monthly Sales targets.
• Track and report sales in an organized manner on daily bases
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2- 5 years of sales experience
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel in order to do business
