Note: This is an on-site position. (Blue Area, Islamabad)
Salary Range: 50K - 60K PKR. (with an additional 5% bonus on every successfully completed project)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Develop and negotiate project proposals and contracts.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business development activities.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the design or creative industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Result-oriented and driven to achieve targets and objectives.
• Knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and client needs is a plus
