Description
* Facilities services support ( including coordination with tenants, maintenance's and repair programs, property management liaison, supplies, etc.)
* Health and safety policy
* Support with contracts management and other administration tasks

Profile
* Previous experience in administration, knowledge of facilities / real estate is a plus
* Good PC skills
* Team player
* Proactive mindset
* Proficiency in Japanese and business level in English
