Salaried GP required in Northamptonshire | UCC | £110,000 - £125,000 + unsociable hours.
Dream Medical is looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Salaried GP for an Urgent Care Centre that offers a high standard of unscheduled care from early morning to late evening for patients attending with a wide variety of undifferentiated conditions. The centre is staffed primarily by our team of experienced urgent care clinicians with additional support from other clinical and non-clinical members of staff.
The team is made up of a mixed MDT including GP,s Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, and Urgent Care Technicians. The team is also supported by the non-Clinical team. They all work together to create a positive and rewarding workplace environment for colleagues delivering a high-quality experience for patients.
The GP role provides professional and clinical care in order to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients. The post holder will work within the MDT at the Urgent Care Centre, practicing high quality evidence-based medicine and will provide representation at regular site meetings in order to share best practice and provide peer support to others. Salaried GPs within urgent care settings will be clinically active and will undertake clinical work at their site as part of their role, whilst acting as an ambassador for the group and company values in the locality. You will carry out all the duties expected from a general practitioner complying with the standards required by the GMC and RCGP, in line with appropriate national and/or local guidelines and the companies values. This is a varied clinical role within the management of various patient groups.

What we are looking for:
• A qualified GP
• Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice)
• MRCGP examination or equivalent experience
• Have sound knowledge of clinical governance

• Unsocial hours payment at 0.3 on a Saturday and Sunday, to be applied to your standard rate (1.0) or overtime rate (1.5)
