We are looking for a Resident Services Assistant to provide overnight support of the departmental operations and act as a point of contact for residents during the night.
You will be approachable and friendly people person with the willingness support and maintain a close relationship to residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met
