As a Production Supervisor (Shop Operations) you will lead a production manufacturing cell team (union) executing several projects for our customers. Factory Shop Floor core activities are focused on CNC Machining, Welding (Cladding), Assembly and High-Pressure Tests.
As a Production Supervisor (Shop Operations), you will oversight daily activities inside assigned manufacturing cell being responsible for:
• Weekly schedule execution
• Daily Jobs follow up
• On-time delivery
• Efficiency & Time on Product performance
• Scrap and Rework execution on your manufacturing cell
• Labor variance performance for active projects at the site.
• Lean improvements
• HSE performance
• 5S deployment
• Payroll management

Education / Experience Requirements:
• Engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production, Shop Floor Operations or Supply chain activities.
• Project management experience
• Previous experience managing Union personnel.
• Ability to influence others and lead different teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Availability to work in different shifts.

• Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams

• TRESS experience
• English conversational level
