Service > Global Service Operations, Quality & HSE > Planning Excellence Center - Backend Approval
Service Operations Support, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Deliver Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. The main areas of responsibility are parts of the planning process, we are engaged in creating and preparing work orders for turbine visits, technically approving work performed by technicians and supporting construction area.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate a team responsible for work orders approval in collaboration with the direct Team Leader
• Further development of process optimization, specialization and scope of activities
• Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external customers
• Securing high quality of customer service and reporting team's performance to the direct Team Leader
• Conducting recruitment and ensuring efficient induction of new employees
Qualifications
• Relevant previous experience as a team leader
• Ability to communicate across different stakeholder groups of an organization
• Previous experience in process optimization and migration would be an asset
• Fluent English and Polish is required
