It is a rewarding job that is close to and supports the lives of people with specific skills and Kaigo (Kaigo) /disabilities. After entering the job, senior staff will be attached and will follow up carefully. Work independence is determined by looking at the degree of learning, so you won't work alone without anxiety. I will spend about half a year teaching you until you are in charge of night shift work. A tour is also welcome!
