Job Purpose
Design and execute the B2B strategy, design and implementation of products and services, market visibility, commercial support.

Leverage on a good market understanding and competitive dynamics in the Enterprise segment and set the go to market strategy and roadmap, helping the sales team to achieve targets.

Accountabilities
Job Description
• Go to Market strategy design and execution
• Product & services benchmarks and marketing & promotion roadmap
• Pricing for Offers / P&L Management;
• Sales Pipeline Management and ensure tracking on sales performances vs Forecast
• Budget control and forecast (OPEX and CAPEX) to support VBU Activities on retentions and acquisition deals
• Continuous assessment of market trends, new products, regulatory changes and governance requirements
• Preparing Business Cases to assess future profitability of identified opportunities
• Partnering with Direct Sales team and Indirect channel to drive performance
• Management of commission scheme for direct and indirect channel
• Champion for VBU digital transformation for process automation
• Ensure best Customer experience on service delivered to corporate and management of corporate complaints
• Ensure alignment on the end-to-end contract management process within defined SLA’s and best practice
• Provide commercial view on customer proposals with key focus on value based selling
• Develop and maintain specific/tailored commercial models on acquisition and retention by segment
• Regular review of Contracting terms and conditions and alignment with other areas of business
• Driving efficiencies to ensure VBU offers remain financially viable; analyze business performance and profitability per product, per agent and per region and make recommendations to support the growth
• Setup quarterly initiatives to remain competitive in the segment
• Initiate and support Marketing department and CVM division for commercial activities to maintain VBU growth

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
• Pricing and Bid Management in the telco environment
• Knowledge of corporate acquisition processing tool and troubleshooting tools
• Working experience on Vodafone way of selling will be a plus
• Telecommunications knowledge on Voice and non-voice services
• Computer Applications Excel, Power Point, Project Management Tools
• Process Mapping skills
• Service Level Agreement and Contract Level Agreements

3 Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in commercial
• Minimum 5 years in GSM sales environment
• High skills in customers experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in telecommunications industry;
• Commercial degree (BAC+5)
• Economics degree or Administration degree,
• Finance degree
