You have to be:
• Fluent in French and English preferred.

Your KPA’s will in include:
Facilitate and coordinate transformation programmes by:
• Coordinating Role Profiling initiatives
• Facilitating Internal Talent Identification
• Coordinating and providing administrative assistance for Career Development Panels
• Overseeing the compilation of Individual Development Plans for employees
• Coordinating Transformation Programmes
• Provide general HR support and subject matter expertise
Stakeholder management: Ensure optimised customer experience and service throughout the value chain by:
• Building working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
People: Coordinate, monitor and supervise the performance of direct reports by:
• Coordinate, monitor and supervise the performance of direct reports
Finance:
• Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste
Transformation
• Support transformation in terms of people, automation/ digitisation and sustainability
HSEQ: Adhere to the HSEQ plan for the Business area
• Integrate HSEQ into all work processes
Reporting and Governance and Quality
• Adhere to and improve reporting processes for the area of responsibility
