Partner with the best

As an Assembly, Maintenance, & Overhaul (AMO) Manager, you will lead a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You’ll mentor your team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.

As an Assembly, Maintenance, & Overhaul (AMO) Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to platform operations in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values, adopting a safety culture
• Identifying potential enhancements in processes and procedures to implement and improve.
• Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
• Applying Lean methodology to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met.
• Driving people development and career progression for all team members with the functional management team
• Managing AMO, operating and administrative costs, while responsible for the P&L of the plant operations.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Services).
• Have 5 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul
• Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
• Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Have experience of working in a production, operation, assembly or maintenance environment
• Display effective problem identification and solution skills
• Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English.
