We are looking for a competent administrative assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support.
Responsibilities:
1- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external customers
2- Organize meetings and appointments.
3- Produce, track financial reports, expenses, presentations and briefs
4- Develop and implement an effective documentation and filing system
5- Translation of required documentation from English to French.
Requirement
1- Proven experience as a secretarial position
2- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3- English is MUST.
4- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
5- Verbal and written communication skills
6- Discretion and confidentiality
7- High school diploma would be considered an advantage.
Place : Modeste / Abidjan
Full time job - Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
Saturday / Sunday - No work
Transportation will be paid extra.
