We are a young family (Jessica, Ryan, and baby Mila) living in Queen Anne with our two cats and dog. We both work full-time, but at least one of us will be working from home each day of the week. We are looking for a full-time nanny (45+ hours/week, preferably 9am-6pm) for 3+ months starting as soon as possible (as early as March 27, 2023), who is experienced caring for young toddlers. Our daughter is about to celebrate her first birthday and loves to be mobile and explore. She can crawl, climb, cruise, and stand. She also loves books and being sung to. She currently takes 2 naps per day and is not sleep trained. She is formula fed and also has solids (primarily baby led weaning with some spoon feeding). We are looking for a warm and loving nanny who can interact with Mila enthusiastically and help her learn with developmentally appropriate activities. Only childcare related tasks are expected (taking care of baby, preparing formula, preparing Mila’s meals, cleaning toys, etc
