This is a small solo practitioner real estate law firm that concentrates on real estate closings and other real estate matters. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to do closings from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone with an eye for details, can multitask in a busy environment, with excellent organization and communication skills.
Important attributes and responsibilities are as follows:
· Pick up phone calls, take messages, speak to clients;
. Open and organize files;
. Coordinate closings, place survey orders, lien search orders, estoppel, etc.
Experience:
• No prior experience is necessary but you need to be interested and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
