• Customer Service - Responsible for providing quality of service to a portfolio(s) of Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking customers.
• Following the implementation process when it comes to opening a new profile or setting up services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies and partners in order to get access to new opportunities.
• Ensure the customer’s satisfaction, increasing their knowledge about the provided services.
• Promote bank products and services.
• Build solid and sustained corporate partnerships
• Identify corporate customers needs and refers solutions to appropriate banking services.
• 2-3 years of experience in banking customer relations
• High organized and systematic and be proactive in servicing the customers.
• High degree of flexibility, accuracy, vision and professionalism while handling important relationships This may require interacting and continuous and regular follow up with Customers Stakeholders/ support departments in order to provide high quality service.
• Fluency in English is a must
