This position is tasked with exploring, identifying and finding solutions to cybersecurity challenges in our journey to Cloud
You will be trusted to:
• Engineer and support LCRA’s cybersecurity operations systems in multiple cloud environments.
• Identify, review, and analyze security events involving cloud services.
• Use Network, Host and Cloud Based data to drive detection, monitoring, and response capabilities.
• Apply native cloud security and monitoring services in the Cloud
• Administer Cloud Detection and Response (CDR) systems and Cloud Access Security Broker Systems (CASB).
• Securely configure APIs between LCRA cybersecurity systems and third-party cloud systems.
• Guide configuration of CSP Identity and Access Management (IdAM), and security policies to support LCRA cybersecurity monitoring.
• Research adversarial Tools, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) used in cloud environments and share results with colleagues
• Respond to incidents by analyzing events and modifying cloud security controls
You qualify with:
• Nine or more years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-level systems in the cloud and cybersecurity systems engineering. A degree(s) in computer science, cybersecurity, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
• Driver’s license

Pay: $100,300.00 - $125,500.00 per year
