Duties & Responsibilities

- In charge of all client documentation-
- This include receiving client documents and also giving out client documents
- Maintaining Client visit register
- In charge of office supplies
- Providing support to other members of their team by answering phones, greeting clients, or arranging meetings
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail to answer questions about products or services
- Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents and typing correspondence
- Maintaining client databases and updating customer contact information
- Coordinating with vendors to track orders, ensure prompt shipment of goods and confirm delivery dates
- Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss product features and pricing options
- Organizing travels for clients to the site
- Assisting with the development of proposals and presentations to potential Requirements

- Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills is a must, especially for functions relevant to financial management and accounting
- Excellent Quick Books expertise will be considered an asset
- Must be conversant with financial and accounting terminology
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Good time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Superb customer service skills – must be able to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and technical expertise
- Must be dynamic and take initiative
- Must be a team player Qualification

- Diploma or degree in Business administration or Related field.
- 2 – 3 year experience in a sales and admin role
