• Joe Hart Intelligence is building an All African Tech talent Recruitment Platform.
• Freelance IT talent will be enabled to work on IT Projects in Europe and the USA 100% remotely. No need to move.
• We support Woman in Tech.
The recruiter we are looking for will :
• Recruit freelance IT Talent
• Interest them to post their CV on our website or mail it to us (which is free in both cases)
• Check ID and verify education and previous employers and references, help with onboarding the candidates that will start on a remote project.
This recruitment job will start as a project, then will grow into a part-time job and next it will be a full-time job.
It helps very much if you have an entrepreneurial spirit. Output is very important for us. We will fully support you so we can get a foothold in the Rwandese IT Job market.
