Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
that promote our brand, products, and services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices,
excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content marketing strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals
Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
Optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Work with external agencies and vendors to manage digital marketing initiatives
Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring that it is optimized for search engines and user experience
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that digital marketing campaigns align with sales objectives
Create and manage digital marketing budgets and timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and content marketing
Experience with digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management and time-management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
