About the Role
As the advocate for Medical Students in our marketing team, you will develop marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy with medical and other health students. You will also work with local marketing teams to execute these plans.
Responsibilities
• Developing a student marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy. You will focus primarily on the North American market with a view to rolling out globally in the future.
• Creating brand, messaging, and creative guidelines for our global communications with students.
• Developing our student social media strategy, working in partnership with our central digital marketing team and local marketing leads.
• Leading our global digital presence for students, including student hubs/portals, engagement apps, and web presence.
• Co-ordinating global student-focused campaigns, including Hackathons/Clinical Challenges in partnership with local marketing teams.
• Creating content for the student audience in collaboration with subject matter experts across the marketing, engagement, and product teams.
• Partnering with local marketing teams on the local execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
• Reviewing ongoing programs such as Student Ambassadors/Representatives and support with optimization efforts.
Requirements
• Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing to students, ideally in the health education space
• Have experience working across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrate experience working individually and seeing projects through to completion and be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability for minimal travel.
