Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Documentation Technician controls and maintains the System Quality documentation of the site and is the local coordinator for the handling and management of Group procedures.
• Maintains local operating procedures and documents associated with the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Local administrator of the document management system, assigns identification numbers for all MS type documents in the plant
• Supports the management of specification sheets, declarations and specifications
• Have all documents to be issued in correct template – adjust received documents or transforms the documents to comply to Baxter standards and issue the documents in the system
• Specialist user of the Baxter documentation system
• Local Quality Training System (BaxU) Administrator, manages employees, courses, modules, curricula and trainer for employees
• Data entry (entry of courses, modules, training plans) and transfer the manual training roosters in the system. Creates, edits reports. In charge of updating the indicators related to training in BaxU.
• Collects the supply needs of the Quality department and places the associated orders
• Manages all small administrative tasks for the Quality department
• Responsible for coordinating with the archiving subcontractor the management of documents archived off-site by the entire quality department.

Qualifications
• Technician degree
• Professional English (read/written) and fluent French
• Computer skills: MS office / databases/Excel advanced
• Ability to work in a team
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Solution-oriented way of working
