Private Property Group, owning a substantial Commercial & Residential Property Portfolio requires a Financial Manager.
Experience in the specific area of Property Rental Management would be an advantage.
A Degree or Diploma / SAIPA / SAICA qualification is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ability to deal confidently with tenants.
• Knowledge of Property Management programmes such as MDA would be an advantage.
• Rental Debit Order Management expereince would be an advantage.
• Analysis, Payment and Recovery of monthly Municipal water, electricity, rates and other charges.
• Analysis of monthly Landlord Statements for individual properties.
• Supervision and attending to monthly creditor payments.
• Liason with auditors.
• Good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• This is a full time in office position i.e. no remote work.
