Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
• Perform high level review on high risk company to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
• Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
• Coach, lead, train and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies.
• Provide timely feedback to reinforce or improve behavior or performance.
• Provide or seek solutions on the problems raised by team members.
Job Requirements
• Candidates must possess relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examinations.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field.
• Sound knowledge and competency in ISA , MFRS , MPERS.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignment within time constraints, budget and deadlines.
• Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
