Job Requirement
· At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as Quality Controller/Executive is required for this position.
· Bachelor Degree/Advance Diploma/Diploma in a Food science nutrition / Halal Management / or in any related field.
· Previous experience in Quality Control is an advantage for this position.
· Required Skill(s): Quality inspections , can efficiently with minimal supervision, Good communications and Reporting Skills.
• FSSC Experience needed in this job
· Product information knowledge (for all existing & new product & OEM)
· Required Skill(s): Quality inspections, auditing and testing experience
· Attention to detail and knowledge of quality standards
· Product or industry-specific experience
· Languages: English, Malay

Job Responsibilities
· Monitor Online, Incoming and Lab QCs daily activities
· Monitor workers personal hygiene
· Liase with external pest controller
· Assist on FSSC and HACCP documentations and audit
· Responsible for guaranteeing a level of calls quality for the end clients
· Interpret and implement quality assurance standard and procedures
· Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
· Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
· Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
· Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
· Responsible for document management systems
· Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
· Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time
1. Ensuring that FSSC 22000 & HACCP Food Safety systems are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the Food Safety Standards.
2. To develop, implement and plan programs to indicate quality & food safety awareness concept in all area to ensure continuity through constant follow up, monitor and check work in progress and outgoing products that meet specification. Assist QC in inspection of in-coming, in-process and final inspection, prepare statistic report.
3. Monitor packaging to ensure correct labelling, date coding, and correct packaging is being followed.
4. Organoleptic tests of finished goods to ensure acceptance to standards, taste, spec, odour etc
5. Monitor production processing and assist operators in making adjustments to processing methods during production to improve product quality & consistency. Work with production and warehouse to control, maintain, and/or improve as appropriate the handling, storage and usage for rework and all other materials
6. Responsible to co-ordinate the company internal & external HACCP, FSSC 22000 audits and management review on the performance of the quality & food safety systems as a basis for continuous improvement.
7. To check and review the relevant QC documents and liaise with external parties on matter related to company quality & food safety system
8. Reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality/Food Safety Management System and any need for improvement
9. As a Food Safety Team Leader for HACCP & FSSC 22000, responsible for organise and coordinate the work of the Food Safety Team
10. Maintain and update the HACCP, FSSC 22000, JAKIM & GMP program
11. Provide individual or group training to production employees on product specifications, formulas, visual quality inspection criteria, GMP, Food Safety procedures
12. Verify production paperwork and perform QA Verification checks to meet JAKIM/HACCP/FSSC 22000 Standards
13. Ensure proper rework documentation is completed. Perform Environmental test (Air test, water test), to do trend analysis for pest control.
14. Represent company for customer quality audits when necessary

· Direct assembly adjustment to ensure operations reflect quality standards

· Write reports to documents deficiencies and errors of products
· Monitor productions areas, ensuring they meet health and safety compliance, and check that all manufactured products or materials meet the necessary productions standards
· Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time
