Job Overview
We're looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to help our client specializing in Martial Arts and Fitness Products. This role will drive revenue growth by prospecting new leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of the sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly motivated, and brings a passion for health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Follow-Up: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls and engage in meaningful conversations to promote our martial arts and fitness products/services. Your primary goal will be to set appointments and guide leads through the online registration process.
• * Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule appointments with leads who express interest in our martial arts and fitness offerings. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to confirmed appointments.
• * Online Registration Support: Provide assistance to leads navigating the online registration process for martial arts and fitness programs. Offer guidance, address questions, and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
• * Google Sheets: Utilize Google Sheets to maintain accurate records of lead interactions, appointments, and registration status. Keep the information up-to-date and organized for easy access.
• * CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and update customer information. Ensure all interactions and relevant details are properly recorded in the CRM system.
• * Payment Portal Assistance: Familiarize yourself with our martial arts and fitness payment portal system and guide leads through the payment process when needed. Resolve any concerns or inquiries related to payments.
Requirements
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and proficiency in working with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM systems for lead management and customer interaction tracking.
• Proficiency in navigating online platforms and assisting customers with online processes.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools, including payment portal systems.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining focus and discipline.
