Job Specifications: Remote- Philippines, Part-time 20 hours per week

Work Schedule: TBD, PST

We seek a talented Virtual Inside Sales Agent with Follow Up Boss experience to support our Real Estate client. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has exceptional communication skills, and can keep up with a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Utilize Follow Up Boss and other tools (SIDE App, Monday.com, Slack) to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and track sales activities effectively.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicate our value proposition, and generate new leads.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient sales processes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate information and support in closing deals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Proven experience using Follow Up Boss is essential for this role.
• Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new software and tools.
• Excellent cold-calling skills with a proven track record of lead generation.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as SIDE App, Monday.com, and Slack to streamline sales processes and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with the real estate or property management industry
