About the role
Dar soporte al proceso de planificación de la Demanda dentro del IBP (Integrated Business Process). Esta posición te dará la oportunidad de formar parte de uno de una de las áreas y procesos esenciales para el desarrollo del ciclo de Negocio, gestionando actividades claves para desarrollar TU carrera y perfil profesional.
Key responsibilities
• Colaborar en la generación de diferentes reportes en Excel, fundamentales para el seguimiento y análisis de la demanda mensual,
• Coordinar reuniones de estrategia comercial con los equipos de Markleting y Ventas,
• Apoyar en las reuniones de lanzamiento de nuevos productos para la región,
• Gestionar la creación e incorporación de nuevos productos/códigos, cumpliendo los procesos y plazos estipulados,
• Asistir con la verificación información y data,
• Colaborar con la actualización y análisis de los Indicadores claves de rendimiento (KPI´s) a cierre de cada mes,
• Dar apoyo en las reuniones mensuales del ciclo de planificación,
Qualifications and skills
Essential
• Estudiante avanzado(a) en la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial o Ingeniería Civil
• Manejo de paquete Office (Excel intermedio – indispensable),
• Capacidad Analítica,
• Inglés – Intermedio (plus)
• Power BI (plus)
Preferred
• Orientada al trabajo en Equipo,
• Persona proactiva y dinámica,
• Organizada,
• Habilidades para la solución de problemas,
• Facilidad de comunicación.
