Position: Senior Commercial Support
Location: Taipei
Responsibilities:
• You will ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
• Coordinates resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
• Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. order creating, scheduling, resourcing, invoice and final close) is in place.
• You will proactively inform customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• You will prepare and analyse regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
• Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management.
• You will participate in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.

Background:
• Bachelor's degree or above, in Order Management field is a plus.
• Has experience in infrastructure business in industry for at least 8 years experiences.
• Proficient in IT systems & application: ERP (SAP SD/PS), MS Office
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment.
• Thinking and acting systematically
• Work under pressure.
