Job Purpose

As the User Experience Cluster IT Leader for Taiwan, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our Taiwan Manufacturing, R&D and Commercial end users, with a focus on providing an exceptional user experience. You will partner with business stakeholders, global/regional IT teams, and external vendors to understand user needs and requirements, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver integrated services / solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of 9 IT professionals located in Taipei, Taoyuan, Dayuan, Hsinchu and Chunan, ensuring they have the resources, support, and guidance they need to deliver exceptional IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the IT user experience strategy for Taiwan, ensuring alignment with global/regional standards and best practices. The strategy should be customer-centric, focusing on understanding user needs and delivering IT services that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements, and collaborate across IT teams to deliver integrated services / solutions that meet those needs. Foster a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
• Work with global/regional IT teams to identify opportunities for improving the user experience across sites / business units / functions and ensure that local requirements are considered in the development of global solutions. Leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop the Taiwan IT user experience team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of customer focus and collaboration.
• Ensure that user experience processes are documented, communicated, and adhered to by the Taiwan IT team.
• Monitor and manage user experience performance, including user satisfaction, usability, and accessibility.
• Ensure that user experience complies with regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations. Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance Team to make sure regulatory requirements are met consistently across the organization.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, with a strong understanding of IT industry, esp. on how to elevate IT user experience.
• Experience managing teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with global/regional IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex situations and data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
