Description

Your Responsibility:
• You will be responsible for the driving, implementing, reporting and monitoring of the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards.
• You will identify, discuss, review and negotiate the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance.
• Documenting any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution.
• You will assess and monitor the success/deviations of contracts to identify and required changes.
• You will ensure the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams and the client’s own representatives.
• You will provide support and advice of new potential business opportunities demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/ terminology.

Your Background:
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or energy industry (Electrical background is a plus).
• Strong marketing & sales skills and hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
• Ability to progress projects as front-end sales & marketing from origination to execution.
• Industry knowledge in Utilities and Engineering desirable but not essential
• Experience in renewable and power utility market in Taiwan, Transmission & Distribution experience is a plus.
• Product knowledge in Power receiving and transforming equipment with high voltage Product and services.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
• Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as required
