Introduction
The infrastructure running industries likes transportation, energy, insurance, banking or healthcare is quickly changing as the world's relationship with technology evolves. Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing IT infrastructure related projects, cowork with Project Manager to meet contract requirements.
Responsible for delivering on commitments to meet customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsible for communicating and articulating IBM's unique value to support both clients' and IBM's business growth.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
+ At least 5 years' client facing and project management experience
+ At least 5 years' IT industry experiences.
+ Excellent communication skills and a challenge taker who can work under high pressure.
+ English: Intermediate
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
+ ITIL related certification
+ IBM product related skills
+ CISCO certification
+ Middleware related certification.
+ English: Proficient
