About The Role

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Cleaning Supervisor - Training and Audit to join our Cleaning Services Department. The role will help build the skills and capability of Austin Health's cleaners as well as ensure that the quality of cleaning exceeds requirements. Ensure sites adhere to the various regulatory standards, maintaining an acceptable level of cleaning which guarantees service levels are being met for patients, staff and visitors.

Supervision of the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in Kew as well as being able to backfill any leave periods from our Supervisory Team across all sites.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
• Have knowledge and experience in training staff in cleaning practices
• Have an understanding of cleaning practices and processes including various cleaning machinery and equipment
• Have a good working knowledge of computer software auditing packages
• Have experience in supervising staff
