Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

About the position:

This position is responsible for executing a strategic account plan for profitable growth by leveraging one or more of the TE portfolio of products, services, and core competencies. Be the primary point contact and communication focal point for Customers within the designated region.

RESPONSABILITIES :

Independently, or as a team member, investigates and resolves customer issues (delivery, price, quality, product and tooling information, etc.).
- Takes complete ownership of problem resolution.
- Generate AllTube Product Line quotes and Process AllTube Product Line POs for Order Entry
- Knowledge of reading basic prints
- Develop and maintain territory plans.
- Regularly evaluates, sales activities, progress, and results, and where appropriate, promptly takes or recommends corrective action to facilitate the attainment of established goals.
- Follow Standard Work
- Participate in Kaizen Events, lead kaizen projects/assignments.
- Utilizes business knowledge to recognize sales opportunities and prevent the loss of existing business.
- Coordinates meetings and general information exchange between customers and TE Medical Products
- Represents the VOC during the internal decision-making process.
- Document program activity via and other relevant systems.
- Ability to cross-train team members-

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related areas

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail)

• Inside sales or consultative selling experience preferred

• Relevant product or industry experience desired

• Online customer support experience desired

• SFDC experience preferred

• Fluency in English

• Demonstrated customer advocacy
