• Responsible for verification and validation of documents in Square9.
• Must check the quality of the document type prior to validating in the corresponding archive and follow up with upper-level staff (partner engagement) if the quality will result in an illegible, ensuring accurate detailed information is added in the system.
• Being able to work independently as well as with a team and being detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator.
• Assisting with mailing to local deliveries partners in order to request hard copy POD's.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous skills development.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
• Available to work after hours and on national holidays as needed.
