Job Summary: The SUD Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of administrative and program management operations of SUD outpatient, community based programming, and clinical oversight of 3.1 single gender home. The manager will provide program management supervision and guidance to addiction counselors, case managers and peer supports over multiple sites. The Program Manager is responsible for assuring program compliance, staff oversite, monitoring and management of program expenses, and the continuation of the development of the program in accordance with best practice rules. You will also be responsible for conducting quality data review of documentation, collecting data for grants, as well as collaborating with internal and outside community resources. Qualifications: Associate of arts degree in alcohol and drug studies, addiction, or substance abuse from an accredited institution. Bachelors preferred. At least 3 years of experience working with SUD and SDMI population Licensed to practice in the state of Montana and hold an active, unencumbered LAC. Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment. Current and valid MT driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
