【Job Purpose】
To ensure the Data Architecture (Enterprise Data models, Master/Reference Data Management, Data warehousing/BI management etc) aspect of IT strategy being aligned with the Company business strategy and, thereby, realize the maximum business return on IT investment and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of IT systems by achieving the followings:
・Provide an assistance to Chief Architect regarding data architectural decisions
・Define, maintain, and improve the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints that agree with long-term business strategy
・Support Group transversal IT programs
・Promote the maximum convergence of IT implementation toward the Target Architecture and Blueprints through architecture governance processes
・Contribute to data solutions to each tribe
IT戦略のデータアーキテクチャ部分（エンタープライズデータモデル、マスター／リファレンスデータマネジメント、データウェアハウス／ＢＩマネジメント等）を会社のビジネス戦略と連動させることで、対IT投資のビジネスリターンを最大化し、以下を実現することでITシステム全体のオーナーシップコストを削減する
・ データアーキテクチャに関する判断について、チーフアーキテクトを支援する
・ 長期的なビジネス戦略と合致するターゲットデータアーキテクチャとブループリントを定義・維持・改善する
・ グループ横断的なITプログラムをサポートする
・ アーキテクチャガバナンスプロセスにより、ターゲットアーキテクチャとブループリントに向けてIT導入のコンバージェンスの最大化を図る
・ 各Tribe向けのデータソリューションに貢献する
【Key Accountabilities】
◆Contribute to the IT Strategic Planning activities by understanding current business strategy and objectives
・Provide an assistance to the Chief Architect regarding data architectural aspects of strategic planning
◆Define, maintain, andimprove the Principles/Guideline, Target Architecture and Blueprints related to data architecture. Also, Promote the maximum convergence of IT implementation toward the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints through architecture governance, enforcement, and guidance
- Recommend Chief Architect to make a judgment on changes in the local Target Architecture in line with the Group/Company business strategy and AXA Global Target Architecture
- Define, maintain, and improve the Blueprints, following the directions set forth by the Target Architecture, based on best practices inside and outside of the AXA IT society.
- Review relevant materials being developed inside or with participation of IT Organization at project control gates to ensure that they agree with the target
- Guide and provide project managers, solution architects through day-to-day interactions and educational sessions
◆Act as advocate for the operating company strategy and requirements within global Architecture community and Act as conduit for global strategy and direction within the operating company regarding data architecture
- As the custodian of AXA Life Japan’s voting membership to ITAB (ISAC), ensure that the concerns and requirements of the operating company are adequately represented and understood on the wider stage resulting in improved levels of cohesion between local direction and global initiatives.
- Ensure proactive dissemination of information resulting in improved levels of standards compliance and architectural maturity.
- Provide assistance to Chief Architect in company-level execution of Group transversal IT programs such as Application Portfolio Management and Standard Survey.
◆Manage the local IT standards regarding data architecture
- Provide assistance to Chief Architect in review and approval of proposed IT standards being developed inside or with participation of IT Organization.
- Ensure projects follow the defined Standards.
◆Keep current with Enterprise Architecture industry trends and best practices
- Attend industry forums/trainings/certifications, reviews white papers, and maintains relationships with main research groups: Gartner, Forrester, etc.
◆現行のビジネス戦略・目的を理解することでIT戦略プランニング活動に貢献する
- 戦略的プランニングのデータアーキテクチャ部分に関し、チーフアーキテクトを支援する
◆データアーキテクチャに関する原則／指針、ターゲットアーキテクチャ、ブループリントを定義・維持・改善する。また、アーキテクチャのガバナンス／施行／ガイダンスにより、ターゲットデータアーキテクチャやブループリントに向けてIT導入のコンバージェンスの最大化を図る
- Group／ALJのビジネス戦略やAXA グローバルターゲットアーキテクチャに沿ったローカルのターゲットアーキテクチャの変更についてチーフアーキテクトに判断するよう進言する
- ターゲットアーキテクチャによって定められる方向性に従い、AXA ＩＴ部門の内外のベストプラクティスに基づいて、ブループリントを定義・維持・改善する
- プロジェクトの各ゲートで、ＩＴ部門内で作成、またはＩＴ部門が参加し作成した関連資料をレビューし、ターゲットと合致していることを確認する
- 日々のやり取りを通じて、プロジェクトマネージャーやソリューションアーキテクト等に教育セッションを指導・提供する
◆データアーキテクチャについて、グローバルアーキテクチャコミュニティ内では自社の戦略・要求事項の擁護者として、社内ではグローバルな戦略・方向性とのパイプ役として行動する
- 社内におけるITAB（ISAC）議決権の管理者として、社内の懸案事項や要求事項がより広範な段階で適切に指摘・理解されることで、ローカルの方向性とグローバルイニシアティブの両立性が改善するよう努める
- 積極的な情報公開により基準の順守やアーキテクチャの成熟度が改善するよう努める
- アプリケーションポートフォリオマネジメントやスタンダードサーベイ等、グループ横断的なＩＴ- プログラムの全社的な実行について、チーフアーキテクトを支援する
◆データアーキテクチャに関するローカルのIT基準を管理する
- ＩＴ部門内で作成、またはＩＴ部門が参加し作成したＩＴ基準案のレビュー／承認において、チーフアーキテクトを支援する
-プロジェクトが定義済の基準に合致することを確認する
◆現行をエンタープライズアーキテクチャの業界トレンドやベストプラクティスに合わせる
- 業界のフォーラム／トレーニング／認定制度に参加しホワイトペーパーをレビューし、Gartner、Forrester等の主要な研究機関と関係を維持する
