On behalf of Vattenfall, Randstad is looking for a People & Culture Consultant to drive daily operational inquiries from both colleagues, managers, employees and the business. You will play a key role in driving the People and Culture team in one of Europe's largest generators of electricity and green transition.

about the job
This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for driving the Danish HR day-to-day operations and support in cooperation with the People & Culture Operations team. You will be the point of contact for all Danish HR-related matters and raise the presence of the People and Culture team.

your responsibilities
You will support HR Business Partners, Group HR Functions and the Country manager with Danish related HR matters such as salary reviews, bonuses, etc. and drive HR local strategy that aligns and compliments Vattenfall Group Strategy and maintain local processes and policies, ensuring compliance with labor law and Group requirements.

Furthermore, your will be responsible for:
?Providing a framework to international HRBPs on key processes and employment legislation in the Danish department
?Providing expertise and consultancy on employee industrial relation matters to support other HR colleagues (for e.g. restructuring programs), thereby ensuring compliance and consistency
?Driving local Comp & Ben, structure and policies ensuring a competitive offering for that market in line with Group guidelines
?Driving international mobility and be part of the International Mobility team
?Supporting group-wide processes where country-specific competence is needed
?Driving local suppliers of services such as payroll, reward and benefits
?Driving needed change management with country relevance
?Giving input on local market conditions regarding employer brand
?Together with HR Services, ensuring a continuous development and improvement of transactional processes improving efficiency and delivery quality

your profile:
You have experience operating as Head of HR or at a Senior HRBP level from the areas relevant to the position. Furthermore, you have experience from working in an international environment and the ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization with diverse client groups.
?You are business-oriented and have good communication skills with the ability to communicate across functions and cultures
? You have very good cooperation and relationship skills
?You bring ideas, you are passionate about your profession and you are a team player
?You have courage and integrity with the ability to build trust and confidence
